Yep I'm going to try to be consistent, KZbin actually costs me money rather earns me and so it's a lot of time and effort that I end up paying for. But I still like doing it. 😃

Bro do you think cardio is beneficial for powerlifting like slow walking in the morning and training in the evening..or it will hamper ur performance in the lifts and recovery .. And please post more of ur full day eating videos.miss those

Walking is definitely a great warm up, and should be done after every meal, but when it comes to blending absolute strength and cardio the consensus seems to be to train heavy in the beginning of the day and give yourself between 4 and 6 hours of recovery before you train cardio and yes cardio can increase your work capacity which can make your workouts easier which means you can train harder and get more out of it overtime. I'm sure you saw in his last video he did powerlifting and then did power expression through gymnastics which may have included some sort of cardio because we don't know his rest times

Yeah cardio is pretty important for general health and I find walking helps powerlifting to keep the back limber. I don't do enough honestly. I think like being hardcore cardio would be bad for powerlifting but a bit is good

Just curious, are you planning on taking extra supplements for this competition? Or is this only for later down the line/ for 10x bw :S

I don't think so, to do 10x now would be pretty tough I need like 800 at 80kg. Probably 300, 180, 320. I don't see that happening just with some creatine haha
