He doesn't have one. He earns from powerlifting. First a programming app people can sub too. Then from his silent worker clothing brand. And then from sponsorships like my protein which pay a salary to him

That's fucking insane - Pana is the only pro powerlifter that has the same thing I do! I can't train when I've eaten, I have to wait like 5+ hours otherwise my stomach feels super bloated and bad, regardless of what I eat and especially on deadlifts and squats I've even puked lol... I started training in the AM and eat afterwards and I feel SO much better + I still feel decently energetic.

@@HadynWiseman To be honest, in my case I think it's the medicine I've had to take for prediabetic condition and shit, I had GI issues because of it as side effect, and I never fully recovered; in his case, it most likely is training hard on such a low BW;

@@HadynWiseman No but can do damage. check the PH on those things. Anything acidic on the PH scale wrecks your teeth. Trust my I learned the hard way. You only have one set of teeth take care of them.
