Powermate 3250 Watt Generator Cold Start / Running 12,000 BTU AC

The powermate PM0143250 / WX series generator is capable of 4050 watts surge and 3250 running watts. The 12,000 btu AC should draw about 1200 watts when running, but surge well over 2,000 watts when starting. I waited until the unit had 8 hours or so on it, before connecting this heavy of load.

Notice that the pull handle is on the back. Mine lasted 1 year and 2months at half load. Runs great no power.

The built in meter doesn't read wattage, only frequency, hours and error codes.
