Absolutely love your approach of highlighting older/lesser known dolls. A lot of those niche dolls are my fav too, and they're usually going to be much more near + dear to your heart if there's some nostalgia there. Keep making videos about the dolls you particularly love!

When I first saw Steffi Love, I fell in love because she looked so done with life. A little sad these are the low-quality brand, but impressed that they made dolls for this show at all and that the costumes are so accurate. Edit: They're actually pretty great. I don't know if it's nostalgia, but I love Buttercup in her boyish outfit

I remember back when mcdonalds used to give actually good toys they made surprisingly big dolls very similar to these that were more action figure than dolls since the clothes were molded plastic instead of fabric, I had a bubbles one that I loved so much but my parents were slightly home of phobic and I gave it away thinking it would make them happy, the word of the day is regret

I was wondering what your thoughts are on adult oriented fashion dolls. A lot of doll brands, like Barbie or monster high etc, do have collector dolls aimed at older fans. But for the most part, they tend to aim primarily at a general younger audience. But I was surprised to find out there are some fashion doll lines out there that aim primarily at adult collectors like Integrity Dolls and those anime style ball jointed dolls among others. I feel like it might be an interesting topic to cover.

These are super cute! I never knew this series existed!! When I was little I was obsessed with the Power-Puff Girl Movie, and of course my copy was on VHS lol. Lowkey got into drum & bass music from the intro lmao! I know this is off topic, but old makeup will not send you to the E.R. girl lol at most a rash, or irritation if you have an allergy to a certain ingredient. I literally have a lipstick and blush from 1997 that I still use to this day lmao. It's Chanel I can't just toss it *hair-flip* lol

Here is the thing tho: they weren’t exclusively sold in spain. Whenever my family and i traveled to portugal (twice a year) we would see these sold in “chinese stores” they basically buy toys and clothes and everything for cheap and resell them at a good price hence why these figures where seen often in those stores while the Portuguese dub was airing on tv

Can I just say how much I love your set up? As if you have a major world announcement with hundreds of reporters & newscasters with your giant 1970's microphone. ...which for us, Anything doll related is a major news announcement. I absolutely love it. I'm not a big anime fan but I am a powerpuff girls fan and I like these. I just wish they made dolls of the villains especially "Him". I normally don't like molded on clothes but I do like the bodies on the later edition ones better I think. The second outfits are cute, and I actually don't mind Buttercup hair. I might have to try and track these down on ebay now I didn't expect them to be so cute. 😂 Is the paint on the glove supposed be a ring? Seems way too intentionally placed on all three dolls to be an error.

Honestly, the Latin America dub of the Powerpuff Girls franchise (which they're called Las Chicas Superpoderosas) give the girls much better names for Spanish speaking people. They're Bombón, Burbuja (same as the Spain Spanish dub) and Bellota because they fit their English names and the scene where the profesor gives their name in the 2002 movie better. Like, Pétalo for Blossom makes scene, Burbuja for Bubbles is self-explanditory but CACTUS for Buttercup?! What?!

This actually made me do some googling cause to me the names in spanish of the powerpuff girls were Bombón, Burbuja and Bellota, hut apparently that's the Latin American dub, in the Spanish dub they were Pétalo, Burbuja and Cactus which to me it makes no sense. Yeah, Pétalo is closer to Blossom than Bombón, but Cactus just means cactus and actually Blossom has a better translation in Botón, and it doesn't even try to keep the B theme of the names. Also I hate that it was called Supernenas, that's a bad name and honestly Chicas Superpoderosas does in fact sounds better
