In a country and at a time when when no-one seems to know how to do their job, it's refreshing to see a team of people who do know their stuff. I had a choice of apprenticeship, plant or truck division. Being a coward and not wanting to lay under dozers etc in winter, I chose the truck workshop. Gave me a fantastic career and life but it's good to see the challenges of keeping the plant running. I enjoy the content Baz & Co. Have fun every day mate. Thank you.

Brings back memories of our village coal mine in the 40's and 50's when they renewed the underground conveyor belts, all the local people who had small holdings would use the old belting on their pig shed roofs.

Hi Baz I've been watching your videos they are so interesting keep them coming. We use to hire Clive Hurt In the 60s and hire crane's from Foxes in the 70's it's great to see all these companies that Foxes now have in hand are doing very well. Even Jacksons who We had account with for over 30 years. Anyway I'm long retired now but I love watching the work ethics you have and the laughter with the lad's. That's what it's all about. My grand son now works for Foxes on the eight wheeler wagons. You take care all the very best.

It does my heart good to see men like you and your team not only doing the job at hand correctly, but you clearly take pride in getting everything set back to rights - that includes stuff you notice that’s going bad as you work. And you don’t just write it up, you fix it right there and then. THAT is pride in what you do for a living! Morning Baz, just watched the belt change video and picked up on your comment of staying away from negative people. Personally in life, that's the only way to be because any negativity around a person, work place or even a sports team quickly spreads and before you know it everyone is feeling negative so it's beneficial to mix and be around positive people making life a much better and happier environment to be in. B.T.W TOP WORK ON THE SCREENER. Kind regards, Darren Down

Cheers Baz, looks like my old job there. Tail belts, vulcanising, bearings, grease pipes, belt scrapers and renew the adjusters every time. Skirting Rubbers always run new ones in on a replacement belt.what was the Head drum Lagging like?. Those Piano Wires need to be rechecked after 10mins running without Material going through. It’s good graft a job like that but when you were dogging the210 operator for his clogged Tracks you should have made another call baz to the Loading Shovel man and played hell about those Feed Hopper Doors on that 2200, like chewed up Toffee!. Anyway, to finish I have to say I had the pleasure of working with another lad like your Bob who did Belts for a living from Banners and I don’t think theirs much between them. All the best.
