Hey you. Yes, you. You're probably scrolling through the comments, like I am, reading all these motivational comments. If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

Meditation is a process of lightening up manifestation.guide of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we’re doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we’re doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves.

You know academia’s depictions of early man would about sum up what that even means to the new breed. What you wrote was beautiful. The mindless army out there is painful to watch. Clueless to the wonderful world of their own mind. Gotta clear out everything we thought we knew and start basics.

I had whole body chills in a deep trance for an hour and a half, aligning my chakras and letting go of limiting beliefs and what is no longer serving me. I was able manifest the clearest I have and woke up so relaxed. definitely recommended

Maybe, but these videos are always LOADED with comments claiming exaggerated benefits that anyone should be able to see through and understand benefits are often going to be subtle and it's actually discouraging to most people to act like this is some unbelievable healing music. Speaking as someone who's been meditating for 10 years and have listened to binaural beats for at least 4 of those years.
@lookwithinandsee Жыл бұрын
@C I'm so confused. You meditate, but because they are able to reach this beautiful state and receive healing, you don't believe in that? How could you not?!
@user-fg3fv9hl3b Жыл бұрын
@@lookwithinandsee because it's a new feeling for most people since most people don't meditate, so they get excited, exaggerate the feeling and describe it in terms that make it seem like some deep attainment even though most of them haven't done any training. It's not that it doesn't happen at all, it's that with these comments you see on any binaural beats videos you would get the impression that nearly everybody is receiving some amazing benefit, and most people aren't going to get too much from it so it just makes people feel left out or trying to feel it the same way and getting frustrated. It can totally work, the placebo effect is magic for sure. It's just when you have done serious training in meditation for a long time it can be a bit tiring how many people just get excited and overstate what they're experiencing.

To everyone going through a difficult time in your life just know a lot of people are feeling the same way. You are not alone. Even when you have no one in your life to help you through, the higher power will always be there for you. Its a long and tough journey but keep striving to never let this earth consume you. People on earth are selfish and unforgiving, only trying to gain for themselves instead of trying to help people and gaining morality. It is all just an us versus them mentality when it should be everyone working together to progress and accelerate everyone beyond their potential. people either look to the past or look to the future and not seeing the present happening right in front of their eyes. You are a good person and NOBODY can ever take that away from you. Its a slow process but Keep up the positivity because you are making a difference. PEACE&LOVE

I listened to the full track last night just to see what it was about. Um, wow. I have suffered with severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicidal thoughts and so on for nearly 40 years and for the first time, I totally relaxed. I sort of freaked a bit (couldn't move my arms, felt a tingling in my lips, throat, finger tips and the top of my head) and tossed the headphones. The air conditioner was on and sounded totally alien immediately after the headphones were off. One thing though, after it was all over and went to bed, I WENT TO SLEEP IMMEDIATELY!! I haven't been able to fall asleep in under 2 hours for I would say 20 years. I woke up early, refreshed and in no pain. Amazing. I'm going to do more research into the various hertz frequencies and what these sounds actually do to the body and mind. This was amazing!! I can't wait to have a session again but this time ALREADY BE IN BED. Not a big fan of sleep paralysis on the couch. Thank you so much!!

432hz is amazing. Look up what cells do under this sound, its incredible. You should also listen to cancer cells, They dont sound right. I never knew about this till a few months ago. Also if you're having trouble sleep your pineal gland maybe effected in some manner. It effects our sleep by picking up the blue spectrum in the light and relasing hormones accordingly, try not to look at screens etc before bed. I hope this helps in some way, Good luck

I have listened to this track regularly for 4 years - while studying Chinese Medicine and for board exams. Allowed for mega uptake of information while remaining effortlessly focused and calm and also drowning out external noise. And I also use it for short rests, usually with a nice legs-up-the-wall inversion + blanket + eye pillow. Even 20 min or so of this rest is deeply soothing and helps integrate the day, whatever I'm learning, etc. I have also recommended this particular track to many friends and patients. Like many commenters, I did experiment with various frequencies and recordings before finding this one. But since I have, I have never found better, and I've stopped looking. It's beautiful and powerful. And I'm sure I've reaped many benefits beyond the conscious ones, using this so frequently over the years. A true balm, self-regulation tool, healing tool, relaxation aid extraordinaire. Thank you.

This has helped me get through panic attacks. I am a very functional person but when my panic attacks appear, it feels like death is knocking on my door. it doesn't get much worse then that. thankfully this helps to relax me and make it go away. Here are some techniques for you. On the first part if the video tell your self out loud this "Everything will be perfectly fine by the time 10 minutes come to pass". Try square breathing as you listen. breathe in as you count to 4, hold it as you cont to 4 again, breathe out as you count to 4, hold it as you count to 4 and repeat. If 4 is to long then try 3. whatever your most comfortable with. Also, try tapping a part of your body as you do this. the collar bone and the palm of your hand works the best but you can tap any part of your body, just makes sure to keep the tapping in sinc with with your counting and make sure not to count to slow or to fast. it needs to be at your pace. Do all of this for a while and when you hear that 10 minute mark passes, tell yourself this "Everything is perfectly fine now, I feel completely better" (say it out loud). I know several other techniques that you can combine with these. I really hope this comment finds the right person and I hope it helps you. I've learned these things through years of therapy and some things I've figured out for myself. I would be happy to share more of my knowledge, just comment and like so that others can find this and I'll reply.

Initially in the beginning, I had the same unease that a lot of others seems to have gone through. It really has some horror movie feels to it at times, at least at first. But once I allowed myself to focus upon the fact I was scared because of "programming", as someone commented below, it has actually cleared my mind tremendously and I'm only about 15 minutes in. Tibetan Buddhist monks activate a 2nd pair of vocal chords that we have (diplophonia) that makes this sound. It takes a lot of training for them to do this, and when they do it in unison, it is trance inducing and has an almost surreal sound to it. They chant mantras using this 2nd pair, and is meant as a way to meditate and worship. There's nothing evil about it, just not understood.

What i love about these healing tones is that it takes absolutely no effort for them to actually work..just plug in headphones and listen..after five minutes can already feel it working..I struggle to relax on my own with breathing techniques and using positive thoughts to get over anxiety!! thank you so much for this...Respect!!

This seriously works. My breathing gets altered and my brain calmer, so i can observe and accept my inner state more easily. I recognize a clear boost for my innate self-healing process, rejuvenation and coping with lifes challanges. THANKS SO MUCH! Been listen almost daily for a year, mostly during sleep or awake rest. Sometimes as a stressreducer in everyday life. 💪🤘🙏

yes i find this particular variant of all the rest out there the most effective ! how it seems to just flow nicely into the next part with subtle changes makes it most relaxing, and i dont find my self waking up as frequent during the night due to what i can only suspect must be the improperly placed unnatural sounds you hear during these meditations.

Thank you so very much for this wonderful gift you and your team have given us so timely and selflessly. I am a Healer, Massage Therapist, Colon Hydrotherapist. In my practice I come across many people with deep fears that are often the root of their infermities. When I first meet with them we sit down for some time so that I have time to discover those fears, bring them to surface and help them deal with them. Now I have incorporated this music into my therapy an the results are simply amazing and longer lasting! I can see fear on the face of a person and I also can see it vanish. It's as beautiful as watching a flower open up! Many blessings to you and the entire team! You are a Blessing!

I'd hate to burst your bubble but there's no binaural beats in this video or in ANY of this channel's videos, it's nothing more than ethereal ambience. Here are some real binaural beats, you need headphones for it to work. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2XRaoSNbsmnmJo

@@overlandlord5965 That’s not really the point. It seems to help people through sleep problems or to get some through their darkest moments. I used to be awake from 3.00 am most every night and could not get back to sleep. This works for me every time I need it. I don’t need it so much now as I’ve broken the patter of waking at 3.00 am. The knock on effect of getting a good nights sleep priceless. I couldn’t wear headphones whilst trying to sleep.

It happens often that serenity is connected with Horror, as in movies. Waiting is not only for bad things to come. I embrace patience with willpower. I believe in myself and reform my perception of stillness to a blooming potential, a waiting time not wasted. I am wandering and wondering with positive energy for my own good and common good inside my mind. Now that I am calm, strong, alone and concentrated... Now, let me release all fear and face it. Now I take and keep control over my life. Now I close my eyes and it is all done one by one. This is my spontaneous, own, personal prayer. Under this prayer, we are one. Namaste.

_while listening to these sounds…first time, I got the inspiration to deal with what’s been stressing me out. I had a male friend. I tried to rush him into a relationship and pressure him, and scared him off. He pulled back. I was hurt. I realized that I just enjoyed our friendship. And every interaction with a man you find attractive doesn’t have to be your boyfriend. Instead of continuing to overthink, which I have done for 4 days now, I decided to text him and tell him how I feel. I really miss just being friends and I’m okay with that. He agreed and I definitely feel better. I really need to be careful about rushing things on people too fast, overthinking and just stewing in my own emotions. Now I have more strength to continue my day after this video. So thanks._

I listened to this before I read the full title and closed my eyes and I saw all black with a darker black circle in the centre, I was slowly going towards the centre and felt worry/fear to go through, I eventually went in the centre and it opened up to a galaxy of colours and planets as I traveled past them all I felt relief and all fear/worry went, I then read the title to see what it was called for future listening and only the did I read it said no fear and it's odd how that's the sense I got without knowing. I know theta waves are theoried to open portals and to see and adhd (which I have) have more theta waves with a hint of gamma and it's strange that I had this experience while fully sober. I've tried a lot of these binaural sounds including other 432 Hz ones, but I have yet to find one better than this one when it comes to actually making a very noticeable difference in mood. This thing sounds a bit dark when first listened to, but give it a chance. It calms my mind down, and that takes some doing, because my head is a battleground of thoughts most all of the time. We are one . My ego, it is a bad one . But it's becoming a good one . I was a very naughty person who hurt people emotionally and would benefit from seeing them hurt . It gave me a sense of power and not only did I feel powerful, the people around me saw me as powerful. I' was the type of person you'd hate. Someone that would be nice to you but also say mean things to put you down. I would talk bad and judge people not behind their backs but to their faces . I was quick to judge everyone when I should've been looking at myself. I've been on this spiritual journey for a while now, and before I even started watching videos and reading into what was happening to me, I had a feeling that this was a never ending thing. This spiritual awakening will go on throughout my whole life. And I am okay with this and with everything else it comes with, it's not always sunlight and daises and stuff. There were and still are dark moments. When I knew that everything affected everything in some way and really understood the meaning of it. I didn't even try change. It was as if something already knew to change inside me . All I had to do, and have to do is practice the art of being aware and conscious .
