Unveiling the Secret Power of Yosef
At just 17 years old, Yosef's life was turned upside down. From being his father's cherished son, he became a slave in a foreign land. The Parasha begins with the phrase, "And it was at the end of two years," which the Midrash intriguingly describes as "The End of Darkness." This suggests that Yosef endured 13 years of unrelenting hardship and darkness since being sold by his brothers.
Yet, through all the trials-betrayal, slavery, and imprisonment-Yosef maintained an unshakable faith in Hashem and the teachings of his father, Yaakov. Despite facing relentless torment with no light at the end of the tunnel, Yosef's trust in Hashem never faltered. The Midrash even credits him as the ultimate model of unwavering faith, as praised by King David in Tehillim.
What was the secret to Yosef's extraordinary spiritual resilience? How did he draw such immense strength, even in his youth, to stand firm against despair and temptation?
Join us for an eye-opening Shiur, where we will uncover the hidden layers of Yosef’s story and explore the profound teachings of the Zohar and the Arizal. Discover how the keys to his strength lie in plain view, waiting to inspire us all.
