I have recently bought a OnePlus pad one and I'm fully satisfied with it. But in my notes section, I am having an issue that I can't draw a perfect shape of a triangle or a circle as it doesn't get changed to a perfect shape once I join the initial and final position of a curve or the line segments. Oneplus tab is easily better than Samsung s9fe no doubt. Exynos 1380 isn't even close to Snapdragon gen 3. 144 hz display is better than Samsung s 90 hz. The sound quality of OnePlus is also better than Samsung. Samsung is only better for note taking. If you want a Samsung tab just get the S9 which is actually a good tab with solid processor.

The problem with the samsung tab s9 fe series is that they don't have usb 3.1 support and display output support, also their processors are not capable for my line of tasks so I can't choose samsung , yet I want to take notes also. Samsung has sd card support , better ui , s pen free , fingerprint sensor , worst processor, takes 2 Hours or more to charge , charger extra 3k to 4k Oneplus has good ui too , gaming processor , fastest charging takes 1 hour to charge , best ips display in the market , canvas multitasking use 2 to 3 apps at a time , no sd card support, pen extra charges , My opinion if u need gaming not storage go for OnePlus else go for samsung but trust me samsung has 16m colors and oneplus has 1billion so giving storage support and no good display is no use , simply storage vs gaming decision

For 40k you have more good options like ipads and galaxy tabs on sales/offers. Like Galaxy tab s9 for 51k without bank offers and 40k with bank offers Galaxy tab s9+ for 68k without bank offers and for 55k with bank offers.
