Chicken (ചിക്കൻ) - 600 gm
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Crushed Black Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 + ½ + 1 Teaspoon
Curd (തൈര്) - ¼ Cup (60 ml)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 4 Nos
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 2 Inch Piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 10 Cloves
Onion (സവോള) - 2 Nos (Medium size) - Sliced
Mint Leaves (പുതിന ഇല) - ½ Cup (Chopped)
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലിയില) - ½ Cup (Chopped)
Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 1 No (Small size) - Chopped
Basmati Rice (ബസ്മതി റൈസ്) - 2 Cups (400gm)
Ghee (നെയ്യ്) - 2 Tablespoons
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - 2 Tablespoons
Cardamom (ഏലക്ക) - 4 Nos
Cloves (ഗ്രാമ്പൂ) - 6 Nos
Cinnamon Stick (കറുവപ്പട്ട) - 3 Inch Piece
Water (വെള്ളം) - 2 Cups (500 ml)
