High blood pressure can lead to medical conditions like stroke, heart attack, and kidney failure. It is important to understand that blood pressure is measured when the heart contracts and relaxes, creating pressure on blood vessel walls. Symptoms of high blood pressure include headaches, giddiness, dizziness, palpitations, excessive sweating, and high levels of stress. Low blood pressure can also cause dizziness which is often confused with low sugar levels.
There are no significant differences between manual and automatic BP apparatuses. You can check your blood pressure once every 3 to 4 weeks. For more details, watch the full video.
