Recently i was.given.a xerox copy of the.title but.i was.so discouragef bec d lot.dat.was.surveyed in 2015 when.i paid.it.is.not the one indicated in the title dat is to be transferred to me. Ask ko lang po if ever nasa abroad ang Buyer (na single ang status), sino ang allowed na maging SPA niya? Pwede po bang pumirma sa Deed of Absolute Sale ang SPA ng Buyer? Accepted po sa BIR ang DAS na ang pumirma ay SPA?

Atty good day god bless po. Atty maynabili po ako lupa mga 13 years na marami po kami nakabili ang sabi sa amin ng may ari papagawaan niya ng kalsada pero ngayon po 2019 pa may ngpatayo na di makabitan ng kuryente dahil sabi ng meralco wla daw daan sinanguni namin sa may ari yun pala sinasadya niya dahil may Chinese na gustong bumili sa natitira na bakante kaya gusto may ari ibinta na din namin ang sa amin duda ko malaki ang oper ng Chinese sa kanya kasi ang original ko na may ari gahaman sa pera kilalang mukhang pera sa lugar namin. Ayaw po niya mag bigay ng right of way.
