Thank you for the demonstration. I have a question. What are you're thoughts on softening techniques? Like delivering a strike to set up a technique or lock. Thank you for the excellent instruction sir.

A strike of that nature can absolutely be a benefit especially when it comes to the locking techniques. Many of the breakways are fine without a Pre strike.
