Tip - don't pay the mind any mind...ignore any thoughts of past, future, or imagination/daydreaming. Instead, stay with the feeling/experiencing of the moment. Tactilely. Be 100% devoted to the moment...what is felt, seen, heard, smelt, and tasted. Just like how someone can be so in their head and in thought that they can bump into a lamp pole because they simply were not aware and did not see it...go to the other side of the spectrum. So with the here and now that there is no room for thought. In the absence of thought, there is only the present.

As someone who has developed really low self-esteem, Eckhart's teachings are the only thing that have been able to help me escape my mind and become grounded in the present. It's like your senses become heightened as you release all thoughts and negative projections from the outside world and focus on the awareness within. You experience the sounds, tastes, smells, and the richness of life and the magnificence of existence. To exist and not feel as though you have to be or achieve anything is truly a gift. You are already good enough without having to be good enough to the outside world. To be of the world but not in it to me is to take life for what it is and have gratitude for what you do have and to accept that which you do not have. Then you can find peace in the present, otherwise there will always be something to chase. It's like being a child again when you are off in your own world and you don't know loneliness because you don't know there are other children besides you and you are content and happy and no one has put the pressure of being anything on you yet. That you are good enough as you are just by breathing.

These videos are supposed to help you get out of mind and thought identification. You might be a master manifester and everything but if you don’t truly know what awakening is or how extremely life changing it is, why would you keep pushing things you know about into this space? It takes effort to get out of this thought identifying addiction. This is what awakening is. The whole world going on indulging in the addiction and helping each other. For once people are able to guide some. Ekhart tolle being one of them. People who scroll through these comments will see you comment and maybe they were going to be affected positively by the video but you started talking about manifesting your desires. And they went right back into the matrix. It is not so mind based. Nothing you think brings you here. I am sorry i ranted but i just cant with people. They dont want to accept that they are totally lost and then misguide other people who are honest enough and courageous enough to go through this process by accepting that they are lost. You clearly cant do that.

Understanding the simplicity of this is life changing. I'm currently experiencing extremely challenging times. I feel it as it's what's happening now but I also let it go when the feelings ease. At points I'm totally present and there is no anxiety and at the times when it's overwhelming I remind myself that I'm trying to not think of the future or the past only what I'm doing now however hard now can be, im challenging myself to think differently and to accept what's happening however painful. When it doesn't feel simple I remind myself that im enough and I have it in me to just be with what is. Thank you for this video it's definitely something I come back to when I feel overwhelmed again.

When you leave the egoic activity of the mind (always categorizing, judging, importance-determining), you no longer need to know "why". Why is this person driving 3 mph below the speed limit? (They just are. Relax and back off.) Why does he say those hurtful things to me? (He just does. He's probably hurting. It isn't about me, but rather his own state of consciousness. ) Why do these people act a fool? (They just do. Ignore. Move on.) The WHY stops having any interest, because everything simply IS. Life IS. Whatever is arising is here for us (not against us). There is so much peace, tranquility and ease when One realizes there is nothing to "do" but simply BE with the flow of life. Oh, and the gravy??? Life begins to meet you in your easeful state and bring even more ease. Ask me how the traffic always opens for me, or parking spaces open up as I arrive, or so many synchronicities manifest. It's all very simple. Be. 🙏
