I mean with that hold a quick uppercut followed by the throws demonstrated is possible, but yeah the sword jumps are kinda questionabel

Close In fighting is elbow and knees or Heian Yondan. The are all the same moves in each kata down at the upper lower and middle levels. Just a shift in application an interpretation is done.
