man that is a nice pool. Not surprised by Ledecky's pace in practice, insane.

1. Lea Neal is still swimming? Didn't know that - maybe a relay or 100 Free at Pan Pacs. 2. Noticed Ledecky was first in the water. 3. Ledecky went 3:03 from a push on 3rd one. Holy double wow. 4. Didn't know Manuel had that good of a kick. 5. Manuel went 28.0 from a push for 2nd 50. Wow. 6. Sweeter, one of the best male distance swimmers, must have a hard time getting schooled by Ledecky on a daily basis. 7. Pink and purple are in at Stanford. I remember when black was cool.

I love the vlogs! I have seen a couple of others you made with Stanford men and Cal men swim. I feel the coach should step in for the interview as well. I feel your vlogs are a great marketing tool for swimming. Take a look at football, basketball, even baseball where they interview the coaches during and after games. That’s why they bring the $$$. They are better at marketing there sports. The Bay Area is one of the top swim communities in the nation. It’s time the coaches step it up and start selling there sport and athletes. Thank you!
