The script of subliminal affirmations is one the most helpful I have found. I periodically read and meditate on the affirmations while listening to this video.

Dear Rebecca - thank you so so much for sharing these amazing videos! I have been listening to them daily for 6 months now and they have helped me tremendously. If it may be possible- would you be able to create a video on affirmations for good health and healing :-)? I have checked all your videos and the ones available are either focused on healthy eating/weight loss or just the feeling of security on its own. I hope to find one that is about believing that your body is healthy, and abundant with good health and energy :) I feel like this would really help out those who are struggling with deep traumas / chronic illnesses and trying to heal their minds and bodies holistically, including myself. If you do read this - thank you so much for your time 🥰😇

So glad you're enjoying the channel Yuling! =) The reason you aren't seeing much about physical health on my channel is because I only make content on topics which have a psychological component. In other words, conditions that can be improved by changing your thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours. I do have a couple of topics for chronic pain, chronic illness, energy, strengthening your immune system with positivity, etc, but those subliminals are not meant as a cure but rather as a complementary therapy to be used along with any other treatment you are already receiving. I can consider making something like you're suggesting in the future, but if I do, it will be from a purely psychological standpoint. Hope that makes sense, take care!

Thank you Rebecca ! This is a well thought out! Once I found out I could loop it I was set for all night. It was a bit uncomfortable using the headphones I have as they are not intended for all night listening. I’m going to check it out to see if there are headphones that I can use all night while asleep..

You can purchase headphones that are specifically designed for sleep, but note also that it's not necessary to listen via headphones. You can just listen using a speaker, on a comfortable low volume, and that is just as effective. Good luck! =)

Am I supposed to hear you speaking? I can hear very very very dim words - what sound like words - here and there, but mostly just the sound of the track lol

No, you aren't supposed to hear the words distinctly or at all; that is what makes this subliminal. In a subliminal session, the affirmations are masked by the background sound, which allows them to bypass the conscious mind and instead be picked up by the subconscious. The subconscious mind is highly suggestible in most people, so it's possible to create lasting changes in thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours simply by listening over time while performing other relaxing activities such as reading or studying, or even while sleeping.
