Hi Matthew Finn, At the higher level the players choose which rubber they put on each side of the bat. This way they can customise it how they like. A lot of players use exactly the same rubber on the forehand and backhand. Players can choose to have a faster rubber on their backhand if they prefer though. That's why they call it a custom bat. :)

Hey,which stat-sped control,spin-is best for begginer.also which racket.500?
@pingskills8 жыл бұрын
The statistics aren't very reliable because each manufacturer puts there own statistics together. We recommend the PingSkills Rook as a good beginner bat but there are lots of good choices.

I have a one little question if you don't mind answering this. I have a penhold grip, is it possible that I mix with a shake grip technique? I know backhand smash in a penhold is very hard since my body must twist a lot..can I replace this with a shake style backhand?(but with penhold grip?)
@pingskills9 жыл бұрын
PingSkills As you mention, you should stick with the same grip. For the backhand smash we actually recommend that you move around and hit a forehand. If the ball is high enough you will have time for this. Look at our video on the backhand smash and you'll see what I mean. The other thing is that you can use the reverse penhold backhand to get good power with the pengrip. Google "penhold techniques pingskills" and in that video you'll see a demonstration. Let me know if this helps you out.
