LED Sprayer Boom Lights

Features: Bob Letkeman from ATI Agritronics Inc. of Winfield, BC, attending the Canada Farm Progress Show in 2013 where he was demonstrating strobing LED lights on a spray boom so farmers can easily spray at night. The lights are also effective during daylight hours as well.

Meh... we only spray at night when we are spread too thin. Plus thats so much more to maintain despite the 20 year LED life span. Keeping it as simple as it needs to be for the job, having previous knowledge/experience, and the ability to adapt will get the field sprayed. Or you could hire a cropduster.

I bet 28% won't mess the wires/connections and lights at all... if your spraying at night your farming way to much ground and deserve to end up in a tile hole somewhere with a tore up sprayer

farmermatt629 it's not about farming too much. When u are there and u have to finish it would be a great tool .. I myself have sprayed alot at night to stay ahead of the weather and the planters

farmermatt629 truthfully I think u are looking at it not stupid I think it sounds more like jealousy in the fact of u don't have as much ground as u would like to have

Pertl Ranch I have enough ground for a comfortable living... and work 12-16 hours a day in season if I had to spray all night I'd be miserable... all I was saying going 15-16 mph thru a field at night is asking for trouble and if you need to do that a guy should prob look into another sprayer or farm less ground... no jealousy involved just common sense... I guess I'm just a little more particular than most and don't wanna do a half assed job of farming

farmermatt629 that's understandable but where I'm from people usually talk like that because of jealousy ..we have to farm around moisture so we have to go when we can...I agree it always come down to profits per acre at the end of the day and we don't do anything half ass ...it's just life

Pertl Ranch fair enough... around here most spraying is done post and weeds need to be growing anyway... farming is different everywhere,,, needs are different... around here it's mostly corn soybean row crops... it would be a nightmare to spray at night no pun intended.... a lot of guys are trying to farm to much with to little equipment and man power and it shows...
