I really like this video series. I miss short and snappy but meaningful talks on KZbin, most videos are so long now

I've left you some nice comments online before and have felt like you appreciate any time somebody is nice to you online. However, I also met you at stage door once (for Chitty) and I said how much I'd loved your performance, without mentioning youtube, and your seemingly genuine gratitude at me for just coming up to you and saying something nice has always stayed with me. You were terribly busy that day (it was Wimbledon, always a busy one!) and I think you were meeting friends so I really felt like I should be the one grateful to you for even stopping! I understand what you mean though, it's so easy for me to type a nice comment but I have terrible anxiety so saying it aloud was excruciating. I was so touched by your reaction, and it honestly was a lovely show. I know you get praise a lot online, but you taught me that day that face to face praise has a hell of a lot more weight and is totally worth the anxiety of having to say it out loud 😊💖

Thanks to you and the body positive community I bought a swimsuit last year and even went to the pool 6 times!! I haven't been in swimwear or summer clothing in general for years. This year i even bought a colourful bikini that i plan on wearing and maaaaybeee i might go and buy some shorts. I haven't worn short pants since middle school or something and I am 25 😂

Since today’s word is PRAISE, I’m going to go ahead and praise something I’m in love with. Have you watched “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”??? Is an amazingly funny musical series on Netflix. The name, which throws a lot of people off, is supposed to make you question the word “crazy” applied to people like a blanket and the show deals with mental illness, body positivity, romance, friendship and the growth of the characters as multifaceted people. It’s also multicultural and represents lots of minorities (one of my favourite songs is called “Getting Bi” 😉) ❤️❤️❤️. The reason I mention it, is because it seems to acompass a lot of thing you enjoy! And it’s a finished series now so you don’t need to wait for new episodes 👍🏻👏🏼

I second this--Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is funny, snarky, and will make any musical theater lover do a dance.

Why are we so psychologically hardwired to focus on the one negative comment amongst a sea of praise? I mean, what's that all about?! xxx

Honestly the chafing that occurred when I ran in running shorts during a 10K and finished covered in blood all over my thighs I can’t imagine how running in pants could possibly be any fun! Did they warn runners to bring Vaseline or something? Knowing how much thigh chafing during a run hurts I feel there should be a warning ⚠️ xx

Praise from strangers is nice, but I would think that, (in order to stay sane), it wouldn't be smart to take it too seriously. The opinions of your family, close friends, and professional advisors would be more reliable. Even those should carry less weight than the opinion of the curly haired cutie in your mirror. You seem to be in a very good place, kiddo. I'm happy for you.
