I'm facing this prob since past 1 month:- If I'm in 2nd/3rd gear & slow down (using full clutch & brake)... while accelerating again (using half clutch & acln) I get this grinding noise from my engine & then runs smoothly again. Reason hai engine ka speed and rear wheel ke speed main difference hota hai.. Kabhi kabhi mere sath bhi hota hai.. Yeh noise aapke clutch plate ke engine se connect hone par aata hai... Please try to maintain it or jaise aisa hota hai full clutch press karke speed ke hisab se gear shift karlo.. Best guess is like 0-10kph 1st gear, 10-25kph 2nd, 20-35 3rd, 35-50 4th.. 50+ 5th gear..

No.. Sometimes we need to do it. If you press and hold while you accelerate more then it might damage the clutch plate..

Sir you said when acceleration increases at half clutch the clutch plate burns...so my doubt is when clutch is disengaged at lower gear( first or second)if we do accelerate more will the same situation happen? I mean the clutch plate will burn?

Yes I said that but here is the right thing if you use half clutch then release like I did it won't burn if you press and hold half clutch and accelerate then it will burn.. How much time you press and hold half clutch is important..

Nahi thoda sa slow hoga but ekdum se kam nahi hoga and acceleration de rahe ho to clutch plate burn ho sakta hai 50ki speed main.. Yes brakes use karne chahiye jab aapko speed kam karna hai tabhi..

If we are on 4th gear with 50 speed, then near a speed breaker to reduce the speed immediately 1) we don't accelerate we leave it. 2) then we apply rear brake and front break slowly then hold the full clutch but then should we downshift the gear from 4th gear to 2nd gear or 1st gear or we should continue with 4th gear soon after crossing speed breaker ?. I hope you understood my question. Please reply it is important question for me.
