thanks, now i know what was wrong with my attempts, i was thinking my right knee is faulty because of something in the past. turns out it's my right hip joint that isn't flexible and have to work more with it.

I have this problem for a long time, there are various ways which it can treated however after getting it treated, it again automatically gets back to imbalance state, i couldn`t find any reliable material online.
