TATA motors is very unreliable. My friend who purchased Nexon 3 years ago always complain about their poor service. They keep the car for 1 to 2 days also for general servicing. The staff are not skilled and they have lots of attitude. People who are owners of Maruti and Hyundai usually see clear difference when they purchase TATA and go for serving. TATA cars are good but they also need to improve the after sales support.

Jeep Meridian Limited Plus, top model 4WD. Had done close to 50000 km. Not a single issue has ever came. I repeat "not a single issue till date." Service done on time. Also service quality is top notch. Bada maza ata hai bhai yeh tata walo ka aisi halat dekhke. 😂

Buying a new Tata means making the Service centre your new home. Safety ke naam ke dhokha. In the recent video, there were a few people, defending these cases with their whole life "Only tata ke sath nhi hota" "Atleast you won't die in crash" Etc etc. 1. There's no denying that this doesn't only happen with Tata, but the difference is, its much more common with Tatas. Tata issues are being posted everywhere, team bhp, rushlane and even the Facebook "owners" pages. 2. Tata isn't the only brand that makes safe vehicles, buying a safe vehicle doesn't mean you are forced to sacrifice reliability and good service experience. 3. Its better to accept the fact, whether your a fan or not, as its better for the company to improve. Defending, arguing online doesn't change anything.

@@imranhoque2555 I think we were talking about the reliability here, but since u asked whenever the cars of a particular brand are in high demand these things do happen….my brother got his Innova hycross hybrid in 1 month with connections, so even Toyota is doing that….i got my xuv 700 in 7 months though the original waiting period was 1 year and 2 months…was offered against a cancellation, no bribe given …so if somebody wants a car in a month against 1 or 1.5 year waiting period they would have to pay dealer something extra or may be buy some accessories…but I don’t think they can offer car manufactured against your booking to someone else if u booked online coz u keep getting updates about your car status

Bhai same to same. Mere paas bhi 2002 mei indica v2 Li thi. Saste zamane mei hazaaro rupae lagaye the service centre mei inke. Par do din baat sab waisa hi ho jata tha wapas. Inko tab bhi nhi pata k ye kya bana rahe hai aur inko aaj bhi nhi pata k ye kya bana rahe hai.

Once the car is under mantainance the coustomer faces a lot of problemes.. Daily 700 to 1000 tak ka expense laag jata hai. My one day expence just for traveling by my own car would be around 300 to 400 which consideres my fuel, mainantainance and insurance charges brought down to daily expenses. When car goes for maintainance Uber 340 morning going to office Evening coming back to home 480 minimum Agar bahar jane ka plan hua to dusra 300 to 500 ka ola / uber ka kharcha.

Tata has loaded its Cars with Technology but it seems the Service Centre guys are not capable enough to fix basic issues. Tata really needs to work on this else it would become unmanageable. I own Tata Nexon EV Facelift and had multiple issue at the beginning and had similar experience with Service Center Guys. I am happy with my Car but disappointed with the SC. Tata engineers have created some wonderful Cars with impressive features they should not let these service center guys spoil their hard work.

Tata cars india can sell new cars by showing looks and built quality but there is one more important thing which is RELIABILITY. If they continue to do this they are sooner or later gonna fall. They should not make the same mistake. Quality control of vehicle after manufacturing is very important. Desh ka company hai tho desh ko aacha product doo nake defective product. Unke new product ka ye haal hai tho old honepar kya hoga.
