I appreciate your videos- I especially like how you asked what the purpose of my run today is, I wouldn't have thought of it otherwise. The purpose of my run today is to stay in form to run again next weekend (if not sooner) and to explore the city I'm visiting. Thank you, Ash!

This warm-up helped me with endurance. I've just started running and struggled. Doing the warm-up before my second run helped me do a 30-min run, with only one stop for a breather. On my first run, it felt like every minute.

Been running since Nov. and have always done another creator’s pre run yoga. This warm up made me realize how much I need to incorporate some strength training into my routine! I was feeling sore from just the warm-up! 😂 thanks for all you do, your content is amazing!!!

4.6/5 Simply superb as always ash! I love the standing up and loosing ones. Should be more like a 4.9 but I was inside so had to skip the jumping ones (it's 6am). What's your running routine? Thanks ash.

Great to see you in the comments as always, especially at 6am 👍🏻 my running routine consists of Monday - (long mobility/flexibility) Tuesday - Hills intervals Wednesday - Strength Thursday - longer tempo trail run Friday - recovery run Saturday off Sunday - hilly long trail run 👍🏻

@@RunBetterwithAsh yeah it did. I did it in 1:44 when my previous pb was 1:56 so im feeling great. And also my 10km is better now, cuz i break 50 minutes (48:58). Such a good halfmarathon, and now when im at home, im going to do some very deep stretches - my legs are literally dying 😅🫡

I named that ‘Shoo the chickens’ from one of my clients daughters that does it to warmup for her hockey matches at school. The teacher told her to imagine chopping the chickens away 😂😊
