Welcome to this Increase 5 MIN Pre-Run Stretching Routine! In this video, I'll guide you through a series of PRE-RUN stretching exercises designed to target the muscles used during running. By incorporating these stretches into your pre-run routine, you'll wake up your body ready for your run!
Dynamic stretching is an essential part of a well-rounded running routine and warmup, and the focus here is to provide you with a comprehensive set of stretches that specifically target the muscles involved in running. From your calves and hamstrings to your hip flexors and glutes, I've got you covered.

Last time I went for my 8km run I badly hurt my right calf. I promised myself that I would never run without stretching beforehand. Today I went back and found this video to stretch before my run. Not only did I feel great running, nicely warmed up, but I also did not stop once!! Best time so far too: 6’38 for 7 km outside run. Not bad 😊Thanks!!

This was everything I'd want in a pre run stretch tutorial! The stretches are really energising and I'm excited to see how it'll affect my run today-I also liked the lack of music and fancy editing, it was easy to follow along.

I’m 34, slowly returning to being active and this was incredibly helpful. In my 20s I did century bike rides but in the past couple years let my self go. Getting into running and trail running hopefully this time next year I can leave another comment saying I’m back!!! Hold me to it 💪🏽

I love this video. I keep coming back to it as over time my warm up becomes sloppier and sloppier. This brings it all back into focus for me… that and one of your other ones, but I like this the best I think And now I find myself replying to videos instead of going for the run!!!

I just tried jogging/running outside for the first time and used your vid for a pre stretch and I love your energy so much! (HIGHLY RECOMMANDED) Alright so I have been warming up using this Stretching Routine for the past 5 or 6 weeks. I was not a runner before and I needed to start at some point so using this method after 6 weeks or so I am able to run 5k in 35 mins which is a good start. This warm up helps me run in a moderate pace where I can enjoy every second of my run and not get tired of it. Thank you once again.

I started to do this before every run and it's really helpful. And doing fast intervals is also much easier after warm up like this one 💯✌️
