Great video - thanks Tom. I have often asked myself what is the proper way to prepare for a run and your video answers that question!

Great advice and simple to follow. Hopefully you will do a post run stretch routine soon to help with recovery 👍

Never used to stretch or warm up properly, now do this before every run! Thanks Tom 👍

Good advice. I know this is old now, buts it’s all still relevant. For what it’s worth, I’d add to post-Depot that you need to continue to prioritize physical fitness. It’s easy to let it fall off and leave the foot pursuits to the rookies. But strong officer presence is a large (unspoken) part of CID.

Personally I activate for a run by looking out the window for ten seconds, deciding it’s cold and then sacking it off

Hi Tom, thanks for all your great tips on your videos and congratulations for your amazing win at WS 100! I have a question, do you ever train on the elliptic machine for cross training ? And if so , for what purpose and for how long? I use it because it seems to make sense for strength for uphill running without dealing with impacts, specially after many running sessions, but I have doubts and I would love to hear your thoughts on this matter. Thank you so much, and wish you a great rest of the season:) J

Awesome first video Tom, great idea using bridges for activation. Are you a bit more careful with the static ones though as to not over stretch?
