@@FlowHighPerformance1 yes i am already preparing a preseason plan. You inspired me and I use this knowledge to improve my stamina and strength. I think I begin a preseason in my club at the beginning of the february so I have two months to prepare for this.

Nice. Good luck with training 👍

Is one exercise per category of training (acceleration, plyometrics, strength training) enough to provide a good stimulus for improving? Thank you for your knowledge
@FlowHighPerformance14 жыл бұрын
Good question. Yes, it should be. As long as the intent is maximal and the athlete allows full recovery. You can always add more exercises to your own program if you like. These videos are designed to show the principles of programming. Each athlete/coach can adjust training to suit their preferences 👍

Why sometime you increase set and reps still sane, and sometimes you increase reps and set still same, and if it s only 6 to 8 weeks to prepare the season is it same procède? And in case we have in pre season 3 double sessions weeks (morning and afternoon) how can program?? Thank u

Where did you see 4 months of preseason?
@FlowHighPerformance12 жыл бұрын
Good point. Here is Australia we often have a 12-week pre-season because of shorter seasons. However, you can just use the same principles and apply them to a shorter pre-season

What program or app can I use to organize my strength and conditioning sessions throughout the week?

I don't know of any software for this. There are some templates on the flow high performance website that you might be interested in

I have 8 weeks to prepare as I’ve been out for 6 weeks due to an ankle injury. How can I create this schedule?
@FlowHighPerformance13 жыл бұрын
It's impossible to tell you exactly what to do. Start with easy training sessions and gradually ramp up the volume and intensity over time 👍

Too much to answer in one comment. The set/rep progression are different methods of progression training. Planning for double sessions is tough, but you just need to manage overall workload 👍
