A beauty to start off the video! I really like the ponds you find that are holding such gorgeous largies. That was a nice pike. The fight is insane when they are accidentally foul hooked! I'm surprised that the pike is big enough for that little pond. That's really cool catching the big bass that had another lure in its mouth! Nice video, Jared!

Dude lol. This in between time is so weird. I found some fish earlier that were spawning. I was confused… must be late spawners 😂. Nice fishing out there! Beautiful fish.

It's is a strange time. I never know what to bring for gear hahaha. One pond will have beds and another will have zero and they are still chasing. May in Illinois is so confusing for fishing. That's wild down in Texas to have late spawners like that. When I was down in Florida in end of February and early March they just started to spawn. Crazy how the entire country is different. SO COOL that the one monster had a lure that was broken off from another angler. That pike that you foul hooked must've given you an AWESOME fight. Snagged fish always do when I've had that happen.

Crushing them! Saw my local pond was all in spawn mode today. Like 6 beds in a short walk

Thanks Garrett! Yeah man it's wild how each pond is different. This one had zero beds but the fish were ready. Then I go to a different pond a day later and it's all beds. That few degrees difference in water temps is all it needs. Ned rigs and wacky worms for a couple weeks hahaha. Thanks for watching 👊
