i just want to share some thing about my pre and post diet...mera height 5.3 and my weight is 53 age 24...4 sal tak mai puri tara jim se dur tha now i just started and suddenly i loose my weight so fast...after watching this video i understand...actuly i have done all my exersise in a empty stomach....dts why mera work out to sahi ho raha tha par mera weight gain hone ke baja losse hone laga....thanks for shareing this video....😁😁

I think there is noting wrong with empty stomach.. With time your capacity to workout will increase.. And one more thing.. I think a cup of coffee before workout work great.

You just eat food and u get started to workout take a rest let your food get digest. After lunch u need 2 hrs gap and then get start with workout.

You could be having exercise induced asthma. Try with an albuterol inhaler one puff 15 mins before exercise by prescription only. It will help you breath easy. Check with your doctor.

Thanks man. Your videos are very educational. One question, I try and take Luke warm water with a lemon before my morning run. Is it a good idea to have a banana within 5-10 mins of having the drink. Should I skip the drink and just have the banana because i would rather have more energy to do a better workout. My goal is fat loss. Thank in Advance.

Apple and banana is okay.. But you told about orange. I heard from one of the KZbin video that one should never eat an orange empty stomach because it has citric acid and will result into acidity. This is regarding the morning 7 am to 8 am workout. What is your opinion on this? Otherwise very great video.

नमस्कार सर्, क्या मैं 2 bananas workout से 1 घंटे पहले और फिर workout से 15 minutes पहले honey with warm one glass ऑफ water ले सकता हूँ?
