Back in wrath I was raiding. I was still new and since it was just pugs I was eventually able to get in pugs for fighting the lk himself. Well since I'm an arcane mage who doesn't know how to dial back DPS and the tank being fairly bad I ended up having to kite the lk for almost the entire fight. It took quite a few attempts but as determined as we were we finally managed to down him. That was my first kill and we formed a guild after this as we were all newish and had spent 7 hours getting to know each other. We were all pretty bad still but I was known as the mage tank throughout Cata and we sadly dissolved after we got bored of ds.

It's a waste of time for everyone to try to jump up a wall in pugs, especially this late in the xpac when everyone out-gears the content. Try having someone use a 2-person mount to take you up though.

After doing it different ways for our CM run i found the easiest way to do it is to dismount, turn your back to the crack in the cliff and jump backwards. Try it, i think you should get a hang of it fast.

Same happened to me once in Bloodmaul Slag Mines. He was rushing tank. We killed 1st boss. I went to activate Croman for fun, I already had him I just wanted to do it for fun. They didn't even leave the boss room and I got kicked... It was my first dungeon kick ever! Happened like a month ago. Been playing since TBC, So basically millions of dungeons done on multiple alts and this was my first kick and it was for the worst possible reason. It wouldn't even slow the group down because you can ignore Croman if you chose to and let him die it's no problem, but hey some people in WoW are just idk... Unexplainable

Some people just don't like achievements. I got kicked the same way from Skyreach for avoiding all the attacks on the first boss, and when I asked they said "it's not personal, it's an achievement thing".

I will always rush those random pugs as a healer or a tank, I got full heirlooms with enchants, I got all my marcos, keybindings, and addons. I NUKE. Now if someone cant keep up or playing like shit, I don't kick, ever. Sometimes I even notice players not using their main aoe spells on recount and friendly remind them they have those spells if they wanna do more damage for I pull everyone. I know I'm the asshole in this run due to just rushing from point *A* to point *B* without even talking sometimes. But I don't think I ever had someone complain aside from the tank (when I'm not tanking.) If you're one of the poor saps that happened to pug with me. I apologize, I'm pretty sure everyone nowadays just do the pugs to level up. In my mind I think I'm helping everyone (It made me play healer even though I hate the idea how a manly stud like me could be anything else other then a tank). Once again, I apologize for robotic and stale attitudes some of us have become with pugs.
