Install props prior to lifting, makes propping a whole heap easier and quicker.

Also, face-lifted panels are not usually placed on such high dowels, because they are always out of plumb at installation. This is more suitable to precast panels as they are installed plumb.

The anchors should have been installed at 90 degrees to the current orientation. When the clutches are mounted the locking pins should point upwards, not left-right as they do on the clip. Any face lifter supplier (say Reid/Ramset) or any experienced tilt-up contractor would know this. Funny that the guys who did the video wouldn't know this, as they seem to be teaching others how to do it.
