Rich candid lessons from this conversation. Trevor, currently many banks at Wall Street are experiencing top leadership change eg Wells Fargo, JP Morgan chase. Its not easy but it should be done! Change in JP Morgan chase CEO, Jamie Dimon, call it " in case you are hit by a bus moment" Preparation is important!

Amazing conversation.I think the view of Memory Nguwi was misinterpreted bcz he says team building is useless if there's no psychological safety so in a way they agree the HR experts Memory and Precious.I liked the analysis of the multi-generational type of people in the workplace.This is exactly what we are experiencing and I look forward to enrolling for 1 of the Winfield strategy programmes.Keep up the great work Trevor
