I like the look of it. I use possum hollow bore guides..happily. The adaptive case that fits on end would give false positive readings for copper though..if using a copper solvent .. Maybe use a chamber cleaning rod and calibre larger brush for carbon ring in neck and carbon on throat....

Good idea, but I think I’d prefer that main tube to be a bit longer to back further from the action so a rag or pad can be put over the stock to prevent the potential of solvent and stuff getting on the back of the action and maybe down into the stock. Like you briefly mentioned it being about 3” longer. Thanks for the video!!

I feel like using a piece of brass as a bore guide will have a negative result. Every patch with copper solvent will come out green regardless of how clean your barrel is because its rubbing on the brass on its way into the barrel.

I won't say it's prefect for every single bolt action out there but who's bore guide really is. It's definitely a great idea!
