So I got my Precision Drive from Horizon Devices and this thing kicks some serious ass. The tone is great, the gate is great, and its flexibility is unrivaled. It's pretty heavy haha. It certainly does a great job getting rid of the airy low end that the 5150III has sometimes. Tuning is Drop C#.

Does this pedal in front of your amp kills the noise of the amp? Dont you need an extra gate on the FX loop?

I would say that since this pedal is primarily designed to be the effect adding gain to your signal, it cuts out the excess noise of the guitar before it even hits the preamp (which is quieter due to a lower gain setting). I definitely would not put this in the loop but if a completely dead quiet rig is what you want, then an additional gate in the loop may be something to look into BUT I haven't felt the need for one in my usage so far. Idk I would like to own all of these pedals...BE-OD..precision drive..zuul..and the Revv G3 just to see which ones work best with my 5150 original head...anybody know anything about these pedals in regards to this specific amp? BTW know of any load boxes that do 120 watt heads? Cool video
