On the 66 we measured the hole placement in the original vent window then marked and drill the holes in the new ones. Precision seals are great I used the same.

They make a right angel head to church k up in a drill Lowe's and home depot sell them

Is the vent window rubber supposed to tuck inside the door channel or be on the outside of the channel? I've seen it both ways. I just redid mine and tucked it into the channel.

It is supposed to be tucked in. I messed it up lol. Have to change it
