Thanks coach. I own a standing punching bag that doesn’t move like a hanging bag. I try my best to simulate moving toward and away from the bag for defense and offense. However, it will never replace the training that you get from the hanging bag.

Hi, For some reason, I can't get my knuckles to hit the bag through the boxing gloves, could it be that the gloves are faulty? When I try to use the knuckles the yellow color on your blue gloves hits the bag. Do you know what I mean. What am I doing wrong??

@@PrecisionBoxing Coach you can do it by adding the time markings on the description. I.e: 1-2 - Duck (2:00). It makes a marking appear on the video and for us easier to navigate through it. You can put your own video marks and then just type the timings there as well.

Bought your training plan a couple of years ago, getting back into it now. Doing the "SP1" section I managed to injure a wrist as it's all about power and I didn't bother with wraps. Now I will! Do you think the left hook should be with thumb up or down - as in which is the least injury prone ? Thanks for the great video

This is great but a question: Shouldn't beginners learn how to wrap their hands FIRST? I never see anyone even mention it. Nor equipmemt choice, maintenace 9f, when are gloves 'shot' and should be replaced etc.
