Suggestion. Consider getting a second camera. One to sit on a tripod to capture the wide shot. Without it, we’re missing a lot of your foot movement. The other camera can be the handheld that can give you close-ups as well as pano shots. Good stuff. Thanks man.

I've worked out on traditional heavy bags kzbin.infoUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

You mentioned range. Heavy bag is also a great way to work punches from all 3 ranges: long, intermediate, and close range. Important to get the "feel" of all 3

So I'mguilty I admit I went around looking at other different boxing channels on KZbin seeing if there's anything else I can learn and although they do have some pretty good stuff it's really all about Coach Anthonya lot of the videos I've been putting on my channel some of them are from some other sites but a lot of them are inspired by Steph I've seen from the coach himself I feel like I learned more from him than any other Boxing club I go to or even kickboxing or Muay Thai gym he's just got it down and is truly inspired me

@@phtorres45 the reason it feels off when u move to the left is likely becuz of the footwork needed .. an adjustment is required to get the angle if you are pivoting left.... practice without the bag 1st in ur shadowboxing...try moving forward and backward smoothly , small steps always...never big lunges... try circling right then same to the left, never crossing ur legs...to go left step left with the left leg 1st.. to go right step out with the right leg 1st .. there are many vids where you can see this demo ed... try the footwork in ur shadowboxing 1st dont even worry abt the hands, make it a drill for the feet..keep ur guard up but work forward and back, lateral movement and circling in both directions, then pivots to create angles
