Wow finally found someone who thinks about these things as much as me. I've been really struggling to find a resource like this. Thanks so much!

Ah happy to hear. I will be making a follow up video in the coming months. Also since having had our baby - I will also make a video about things I wish I'd engaged with more in preconception :)

@@carmenfourie5346 that would be amazing!!! I'm just the type of person who likes to be prepared and I just don't think this is talked about enough. Maybe I'm in the minority here but I actually am super keen to start a family and I think it would be helpful for both myself and my husband to be thinking about this and growing for years prior, just like we did in preparation for marriage. I think also many people are not prepared to have children and that's why there are lots of people out there who have a hard time transitioning to parenthood and who speak quite negatively about how having children has changed their life! I'm sure we have all heard someone say at some point "children ruin your life", but maybe they just weren't ready/prepared? Food for thought!

Wow! You did a lot of really hard work. Congrats on all of that. Tackling healthy habits, addition, and social wellbeing are all, on their own, impressive achievements in a given lifetime. You took them on near-simultaneously. Inspirational!

“I don’t want to ramble” but you ended up with too much rambling and repetitive comments.
