The rpm governor is not there to keep you from going fast. It is there to protect the engine from internal damage. You can get max performance from that if you know how to use correct gearing and torque converter.

Hey Austin had a question, so I had the razor mx650 and my buddy put a predator 79cc engine in it. The problem is when I ride it, it feels unstable and wobbles when I go over 30 mph. Is there a way I can fix this?

Is BEACUSE the tires are too small

Juan Carlos Plate probably by getting tires rated for a higher speed, those tires are only rated for 15mph
