Well done young one 🚲💨💨 you're very talented on building this motorized bicycle_ 4 stroke 💨💨 it looks like it's coming along very well nice work bro 💨💨💯🤙👍

Thanks bro! I appreciate that! Yes it is! A few bugs along the way, like I have to move the motor over about 2inchs so that the chain aligns and I had to order a different exhaust since I'm moving the motor over. I just received my gas tank in the mail too!

How did you get the chain to line up? Nice build
@HanzelFonferek Жыл бұрын
Thanks! I made up a additional plate that mounted to the side of the other engine mounting bracket to slide it over so that the chain would line up.

I've got a question for you I accidentally ordered a 49cc engine motor mount do you think a 212 gas engine will fit on the 49cc engine mount
@HanzelFonferek Жыл бұрын
It should if you ordered the heavy duty one. That's the one I used for my bike I just added a extension onto it

when you do those mounts M8x1.0 threads btw in those brackets. Make sure that U section on the mount sits kinda flush. Dermal out top part so it sits semi tight or they tend to slip i learned that hard way lol! I hate to say this bro! but you are going to have to modify that cvt you know! I have videos on how I did mine you know! I have a big bore build you know ! kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKeYgIF7gJufqs0 Look the description! of this video! Lots links to stuff I learned about as I dove balls deep into that 4 stroke build!

@@HanzelFonferek yes happy Easter! Yeah watch that video! I explain the 10000 things along way I ran into lol! CVT needs a special hole drilled! different spring! Crank fix! lol lots stuff your going to hit along way! engine Mount you have is awesome Btw. as long as you make those U sections fit your tubes nice flat to the tubing or that things will slip cause chaos on ya!
@BuildBreakFix2 жыл бұрын
@@HanzelFonferek When I did my CVT I pulled out the shaft! Bearings Used chop saw to cut off part of the bearing cup! You use a router or a drill press to deepen the bearing pockets with a milling bit but I explained it in video how do it really easy! then I just used a 5/8 gokart jack shaft and bearings like 20$ parts! bearing numbers and such listed in video!
