It works extremely well. Think about what they're trying to do, obviously no analytical software can find that specific line of reasoning with such little input. Apple's far succeeds the ones I've tried on Android devices.

Also, Android has had this function since 2.3.3(if you are an old Android user you will know), basically the nexus 4, witch also is the same in standards with the IPhone 6, except is has a 260p res, while the IPhone has a 250p res. P.S the nexus 4 and therefore the update jellybeans(2.3.3) is from 2012. the newest version is KitKat, 4.4.4. Also, Lolipop is coming out soon(4.5.4)!

Guys, as Rhett said, Apple claims that these predictive words are being generated by previous text conversations meaning they should be unique to every person... Although i had a hard time believing this was true because i have played this game before and was left with the ridiculous words you guys used... AFTER TYPING IN THE SAME FIRST WORDS YOU TWO TYPED IN I was actually able to generate the SAME EXACT CRAZY SENTENCES you guys created because it always gave me the same suggestions. O_o I think it's a great feature, because I do tend to send a lot of similar messages via text. I've used Android for my personal phone (Samsung and HTC) for a few years now, but still use an iPhone for work. It's hilarious how far behind Apple is on their technology. As someone else said elsewhere, they may have invented the smartphone as we know it today, but they've been utterly eclipsed by the various Android options when it comes to features and functionality.

BTW i am seriously offended, first of all Samsung AND Android had predictive text for YEARS, wile apple just "thought of it" plus Samsung has ANOTHER feature where you can swipe across letters and it WILL know what you are typing with and is 100% accurate. which Samsung has been using since its second generation.

clearly you do not know anything about How company's work . Apple could have put all those things a long time ago but they didint. why? So they can perfect the technology, unlike android that rush apple take the time to perfect it and see how users use it. plus later in the future android will have a harder time coming out with new things if they keep rushing. And yes, I actually agree with you with some stuff in your comment, but to be completely honest, everyone should just use what they feel like fits them the most and NOT try to change a stranger's opinion about a preferred phone. Zwro the operating systems arent that much different. both are linux based, its just that android leaves it open to development/customization. and android phone users have far more "color choices" since they can choose from any number of different android devices. and most androids come with headphones too.
