Prefectures like Tochigi is why I enjoy this series. The only thing I knew about Tochigi was that it was in the Kanto region. But now I can remember it better as the-easily-accessible-by-Shinkansen, sup-alpine, Edo-obsessed, IndyCar-loving, industrial pear-producing prefecture that eats Gyoza and Tochimochi.
