I have something similar, but it's a general issue not just pregnancy. In pregnancy I'm just more cautious and sit down more often. When I stand up my heart rate increases significantly and I have poping in my ears. When I walk and move, I'm fine. When I stand stilll or walk very slowly, my HR goes up. It's not pleasant. There's a name for this condition and there's therapy and medication for it it. Supposedly exercising every day, like walking or running (increasing HR and circulation) helps. I never got this diagnosed because I manage this myself. But I never liked walking slowly, and going to museums with a small kid is tiring because there's just so much standing and moving in one place.

Omg! You brought back memories when you talked about getting the EKG. My story is too long to write, but definitely difficult to show something that is situational and then when you’re tested for it, you’re not in that situation. Lol glad you’re okay though. And happy that the plants got watered lol. So cute!!

I know this is a old video but I suffer with something called POTS which sound exactly what you are describing it usually takes a while to get diagnosed, I have been very lucky and mine has been really good since being pregnant but others develop it during pregnancy. Hope this helps
