14 weeks pregnant! This was my first workout back after battling terrible morning sickness the whole first trimester! Felt so good to move my body!

I can so relate! 18 weeks pregnant and I, too, had morning sickness for what seemed like FOREVER! I think this is only the 3rd workout I've done my whole pregnancy.

That’s just how I feel! I’m 13 weeks today and had felt too tired/sick to work out before now. So glad to have something that felt manageable and good for my body.

These 15 minute videos are life savers during my second pregnancy. Having a kid I usually am limited on time to workout and these 15/20 minute video let me get a quick workout in and feel good the rest of the day! Keep them coming!

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and this was my first workout in 3 months. I was stuck to the bed because of extreme fatigue and went from exercising 4-5 times a week (pre-pregnant) to none. I found this workout was a great starter after such an intense and long period of not moving. Thank you!

Currently 28 weeks! And this is my first REAL work out while pregnant coz all I do is walking, because Im afraid to try it at first thinking it could harm my baby and well, pregnant ladies tend to be lazy. Haha but I will try to maintain this exercise everyday until my delivery to keep me active and healthy. Thank you so much! 😍 may all the pregnant ladies like me out there have a safe pregnancy and delivery! 🙌💖

16 weeks! I finally got over fatigue and nausea ! I did this and I was working up a sweat! Before pregnancy I was squatting close 200 pounds and running 3 miles. But h haven’t been in the gym since I was 6 weeks. I’m definitely doing this instead of walking in the morning! To all my ladies out there, we can do it and we will have healthy, intelligent, and wonderful little human beings!

I'm 14 weeks and so relieved to be past the nausea! This movement was the perfect amount of challenge to get back into moving my body after LOTS of time on the couch with nausea. I also really appreciate that you give lots of modifications so I can ease back into working out and not overdo it!

23 weeks pregnant. I made it through. Not to crazy like many workout that are out there. It was great to start moving my bidy again. Dealing with pregnancy depression I knew I needed to get moving again. Thanks

Because of the corona crisis in Belgium, a lot of classes stopped their program AND I am temporarely unemployed until the end of december. Every day i look forward to your workouts. I'm 18 weeks pregnant and this is maybe my 3rd workout so far during this pregnancy. I had morning sickness for a big majority of my first trimester and couldn't bring myself to do much other than go for short walks. It felt good to do this video this morning. It wasn't too easy but not too strenuous. Thank you!!!

Thank you for the modifications, I used all of them since I have had pelvic floor issues with my last 2 pregnancies. I am 22 weeks pregnant and couple these with morning walks and short peloton rides! I have done these workouts since 12 weeks and absolutely love them. I love that you incorporate decent stretches at the end of every workout! Thank you :)

I'm 27 weeks along now and so glad I found am easy video to do so I'm not sedimentary all day. I stopped working out during the first trimester due to being so sick. Hopefully starting back up will make my birth and recovery quick!

I'm 16 weeks and I have finally had energy to do yoga and work out which I've never been very fit in my past because I get really discouraged especially watching videos some people go too fast or too advanced for me even if it's a video for beginners but I found yours and I have to say thank you so much these videos are so good for me. I’m 15 weeks pregnant and this is the first workout vid I’ve done since the start of my pregnancy. I used to be so active but the nausea/vomiting and fatigue hit me so hard. Before this video I’d been feeling so useless and depressed because I missed how energetic I used to be. Being able to complete and enjoy this exercise vid has really empowered me. For the first time in this pregnancy, I’ve felt a little bit like myself again. Thank you for making this awesome exercise routine 🥰

24 weeks pregnant with my first! Enjoyed this a lot as a follow up to my morning 2 mile run. I needed to start doing some better stretches and squats to help prepare for labor so this helped a lot with that!

I am 26 weeks 4 days! Thank you for all the wonderful videos you upload, they help me stay active, flexible and relieves some of my sciatica pain and my restless body. I have to really thank you for all that you do for us all, as it is so expensive to get labor and exercise classes and meal plans. Thank you for all your free resources that help us all through these tough times

Hi! I’m 28weeks and have been doing lagree Pilates but found I had to switch bc there were several moves that I couldn’t do so wanted to find a prenatal specific workout channel. Thanks! Just did this quick one to start my day and I feel Energized!

17 weeks pregnant and this is the first proper exercise aside from yoga and walking that I have done since becoming pregnant. Excellent short workout, will try to do these daily to keep my fitness up throughout.

Hi Lyndsey! Sounds like you are doing amazing! This is a great addition to yoga and walking. You certainly aren’t the only mother who found it difficult to exercise first trimester. I finally started to feel better around 15 weeks :) Hopefully you continue to feel well for the rest of your pregnancy!

I'm 25 wees pregnant and I think this is the most suitable workout for me cuz I've tried many workouts for pregnancy but because I already have meniscus injury I can't do some of them, but I could do the whole workout in this video, bless I girl ❤

Been doing your workouts and daily yoga throughout my second trimester and some of the first and it has been amazing!! I feel way healthier this pregnancy than I did with my first I’ll continue to do these up until labor!
