Hi Elsa, thank you for paving the way and being mostly plant based during your pregnancy and now when you have Bowie. He is a GORGEOUS baby and seems happy, healthy and so well looked after. Im currently pregnant with my first and I feel comfortable and empowered to stay vegetarian during my pregnancy and just focusing on eating a range to get all the nutrients I need. I have 7 month twins and I didn’t find out their sex (was a boy and a girl) and I stayed active during my pregnancy, and honestly I’ve never loved my body more now! You just appreciate it so much and what it did to grow 2 babies and now producing milk. I worried before but now I’ve never been as kind to my body as I am now, and I actually weigh less than I have in years!! Women’s Bodies are magic xxx

Wishing you the most special and magical birth experience. It's honestly the most incredible experience, I was blessed to have a quick and completely natural birth. I was in a private Australian hospital, with a private mid wife. They were very respectful of me not wanting any hospital assistance, except my mid wife, and honestly I'd do it again in a flash. Just focus on your breath and talking with your bubba and nothing else around you. Enjoy the journey 💕

Love this video - thank you beautiful! Before you got pregnant, did you take an iron supplement or have to have iron infusions regularly? I eat predominantly plant based and am not on any supplements, although I had an infusion about a year ago.

You can request blood work done at your doctors, especially if you have risk factors for anaemia (ie menstruators, IUD use) and often they are part of standard care in pregnancy. It's better to do this before supplementing as it can also be a problem if your iron levels are too high. Good luck with your health! :)

Just to correct you. Stretch marks are entirely genetic and rubbing your tummy with oil is lovely because it can get dry and itchy but that product is making a completely false claim. Really frustrates me when companies lie to sell a product.

I used the same oil for stretch marks x2 a day and still got some 😭 literally days prior to giving birth! I think it’s genetics. My mom had them too. And your mom didn’t get them even with twins! Wow. p.s. I also had a vegan pregnancy and natural birth 🥰 Not water birth but I did labor in water at the hospital. Took Hypnobirthing class as well with hubby. I wanted an epidural near the end of labor but my midwife and doula were amazing and helped me stick to my plan to go all natural! And I did it! You can do it!!! Good luck momma! 👌🏻
