I also used it for my first. Natural birth ...13 hours. I also did acupuncture/dates etc . Anything natural and safe. So curious if it really helped (wish you could find out how long labour woukd be without the "old wives tales") I truly feel it did. I enjoyed the pure adrenaline of giving birth my way, out of a hospital. Basically my pregnancy routine minus the radiation cover for my belly. I did the cell phone cover but now am obessessed with getting other things for our home/wardobe. Thank you Alba.

My doula recommended that i drink 1 cup of the tea during the first trimester, 2 in the second, and 3 in the third...and my baby was born naturally in about an hour after my water broke. Super easy! I also took the same vitamins, and the fclo. Good job mama!

Mimz 11 Mimz 11 it’s recommended after first trimester. It cause the uterus to tone and tighten and sometimes they fear that might cause miscarriage too early on. If you drink in first trimester I would say keep the quantities low/every other day.

RE: Cod Liver Oil!!! I just wanted anyone reading this to be aware that cod liver oil is NOT recommended during pregnancy as it contains high levels of vitamin A aka retinol. High levels of vit A are known to be harmful to the developing baby (NHS guidelines)

Gina Reyes-Agundez A pregnancy is typically 40 weeks long. So basically you and alba have 6 weeks left in the pregnancy, not sure why she said she has a month left, but if the baby is born before then it should not be a problem. A baby would be called premature if born before 37 weeks of pregnancy, but anywhere between 37 and 40 weeks is fine.

Hi Alba, Ive never commented before. So I'm gonna make it detailed. It's so amazing to watch this video. I remember back in 2012 when I used to watch your videos. I know exactly what my first video was, "Homemade All Natural Body & Face Scrubs". I just remember thinking who is this stunning woman?!?! You are the healthiest person I know (not personally but by YT) I've had 3 pregnancies and none of them where healthy, the Last one was horrible my baby stopped growing at month 7 and was premature but now for my next pregnancy (I'm looking for a girl) I know how to take a healthier approach! (And that about nail polish blew my mind, is so obvious but I never thought of that!)

Armstrong you should probably go back and edit then because u didn’t say the word can at all you stated it matter of factly saying it aborts the baby which is a false standby you also said if the fetus survives pregnancy it will b born with serious issues. My baby and I both received the shot AFTER birth so again I say what your spreading as fact is actually a falsity not sure why this makes u mad...maybe do your research prior to handing out medical advice?

I used raspberry leaf tea a week before I was due and it worked. I wouldn't recommend it so early though some people lose the baby from drinking it too early.
