Hi Cari and Reid, thank you for another great video! Glad to hear everything is going well with the pregnancy. My Dad makes fish cake with surimi. He used to try to get from the Big Island every once in a while. But I think chopping up of the fish provides a similar function. Aiko is such a cutie!

We made this with Ahi, but you can use mahi mahi as well!
