You guys have such an awesome family. I like the way everyone is so supportive of one another and everyone pitches in to help cook and teach the younger generation. I love when Laurie gives feedback on the dishes. Her descriptions are so detailed and she really takes her time to give us a good idea of the different flavors of the dish.

Thank you, kakelinga! It's super great having my nieces and nephews help out when they can. Hopefully they'll remember these special times. And yes. Laurie is super descriptive!

Your Grandma is such a sweetheart! Lovely to see the children actively participate in meal preparation and take an interest in cooking. I'm impressed that little Aiko already has a good palate and enjoys kamaboko. Soba is truly an ideal summer dish, especially for potlucks. ☀️ We've been experiencing triple digit temperatures in our area, so thank you for this timely episode...I'm all in favor for a cooling and fresh meal option that utilizes ingredients already in my fridge/pantry. Have a good weekend! ✨🌺✨

Looks delish Cari san. I should make this for tomorrow's family BBQ. If I may say this, if you add just a little bit of oil, preferably olive oil, noodles will not stick together. Just a little tip.
