Look up Sarah Therese “how I got my abs back” and she shows safe workouts 3 different stages. It’s free as well. Worked wonders for me after my first as I was so lost on what to do and saw that video and now doing it again after my second. I set it up in the tv and do it along side her. And also grow with jo is anther great channel to get your body moving !

I’m so excited I could cry. This is pregnancy #5 for me and I have never worked out during any of them. Mainly because I never knew what to do. I’m so grateful for some guidance. I’m 15 weeks now and I can’t wait!!

Genuine question: what’s the point of difference here from all the free general professional content that is already online? Obviously this can’t replace the tailored advice from your own physio, so I suppose it’d be good to know why this plan is worth monetising? I’d also be interested to know how much it is, not sure why that wasn’t mentioned? Last of all, there are some really important considerations that should be disclosed here about situations where exercise is contraindicated, I really hope this is addressed so that you’re not feeding into the notion that all women must work out or have ‘fit pregnancies’ when unfortunately that’s not a reality for everyone. Look forward to your responses! 😇

@@oceana3070 To do 200 pages of work out you would have to spend hours searching for each video and deciding which one works for you . Also this one is tailored to a pregnancy so even more search time saved. You are also choosing to support someone who creates content you enjoy but you can choose not to as well. It is like asking why people buy books rather than take them out of library .. because they like to own their favorite read

For ab separation, I lay down and do a kegal, pulling that whole are together, zippering up, until the bellybutton and hold. It is extremely effective and soon you’ll be able to do it effectively while standing. FYI, it will burn in a weird “ I didn’t know I had muscle there” kind of way😅🔥🙌🏻

Can you still work out your ab separation, if it's been 14 years. I had an emergency c section and now have a flabby lower belly I can't get rid of. And I've done it all believe me.

Hey Sarah! Sorry, I know this is probably a stupid comment. I am a new mom. I have a 9 month old daughter. I have not been good about working out or keeping my body super healthy. And when I do try to exercise or eat healthier I just end up stopping. Partly is because of my mind but it’s also because of pain. When I was 17 I had to get two back surgeries and a knee surgery. One of the back surgeries was a fusion which is how I started becoming overweight in the first place. So if I push myself too hard or turn a certain way, my back seizes up. Anyways, I’m just wondering what you would recommend and how I can get my back stronger so small things don’t hurt it? I’ve tried PT but it hasn’t worked Sorry super long and idk if you’ll even see this or be able to give advice but thought I try 🤷♀️

You are enforcing the idea that all women can workout during pregnancies and that they will definitely be able to find something that they can do in this ebook, doesn’t seem like you genuinely care about other women’s well being and more so on just selling and getting money from it. At least address the fact that it is okay if you can’t work out at all and don’t put so much pressure on women. I can see you put a lot of unhealthy pressure on yourself and you’re really projecting that onto others. Also it would have been nice for Charlotte to speak more since she is the qualified professional. You interrupted her many times as she was trying to talk.
