Thank you! 30 weeks with hypermobile ehlers danlos. I have to do it in halves to fourth, and change a few things bc of dislocations, but its very easy to make the adjustments I need and helps manage my pain. ❤

I personally liked the exercises, but for me they were too quick, especially the „changeovers“, a bit hectic. I am in my 32nd week.
