Actually thats exactly what the snake felt. I had 11 snakes in total and I know now that they are intelligent and respectful as long as you let them have their own way and never push them to do things. Let them do it in their tempo, give them a chance to accept the situation.

Of course snakes aren’t dumb but we’re way superior and doing what’s best. Don’t feel sad bc these snakes are living an okay life. Then again there’s ups n downs. I would say it’s a safer and more consistent life where life can thrive better

Geezus that snake is beautiful. Anyhow.... Last night was my first time watching your videos. I was watching a bunch of random KZbin videos trying to fall asleep. I then had a late dream before I woke up this morning with a giant snake laying curled up on my back as I was sleeping face down on my belly. The snake wouldn't let me up, I was struggling to wake up. It also had its mouth around my arm up to my elbow with my hand deep in it's throat. Thanks for the nightmares......

I can promise you this guys channel is purposefully designed for clicks, and he has no regard for these snakes. I am 100% for the animals, and I can't imagine my snakes ever so much as striking at me. They are really great animals when they are well taken care of!

maybe I'm being a bit naive but from watching all the snake guys in Florida you take the snake out of its enclosure and that settles the defensive side of the situation. I know the action and possibly getting views from this but is it really healthy for the snake? maybe it does do her good to feel like she's protecting her eggs but it seems like an awful lot of stress on her for no reason as well I'm not judging because I'm not there I'm seriously just asking is she too big to take out?

You could make things so much easier for yourself by building a simple cover to slip over those boxes before moving them. A square frame of pvc and attach a dark mesh or screen to it. Some handles on the sides of the box might help too.

If the reticulated python enjoys a small enclosure and feel safer in that habitat...Why then does Brian at BHB go to such extremes to make sure that his reticulated python‘s have a giant enclosure with water features and branches to climb on? I’m terribly conflicted now... If you have time Jay, please help me understand which is the best environment for these huge beautiful snakes. Thank you, Gwen

Relics are active and will use all the space you give them. Breeders need the space so they will justify the small space

In my opinion ball pythons do like smaller, darker enclosure with less open spaces. Reticulated Pythons don’t. Brian does a fantastic job with most of his larger snakes.

I have no doubt that she’s a powerful animal and all that jazz, but sometimes I really do feel like he purposely prolongs the process and messes with the snake for added drama. This snake did not seem nearly as difficult to deal with as the truly grumpy/feisty ones, yet it took him forever to put her on the ground like he should have to begin with 🤔
